Frequently Asked Questions
- Turnaround time is 2.5 to 3 weeks.
- A non-refundable payment is due to secure the session date in my calendar. Sessions are not reserved without payment and are first come first serve. Balance will be due the day of the session. Payment plans are available if needed. Photos are not delivered until final payment is made.
- Mini Sessions are available only a few times a year. Please e-mail me to join my mailing list here https://jennaopal.com/contact/
- Client closet is not available for mini sessions only full sessions.
- Professional quality prints available for an extra fee and lab recommendations are available.
- Travel fee required for sessions outside of travel range.
- Sessions are for immediate family only (parents and their children). Grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews or any extended family are an additional fee. Please contact me for any questions.
- Galleries are all password protected for your privacy and archived after 30 days and backed up for up to 1 year by photographer.
- Mini Sessions are very limited throughout the year and return clients have priority.
- Mini Session prices start at $500 and last approx. 15 to 30 minutes.
